Community Transformation happens as Kingdom people address the needs of the community and lead it to reflect the principles of the Kingdom of God in its social, economic, and political aspects - it is called Community Discipling.

TRAINING OUTCOMES
1. Understanding: The trainee will be able to demonstrate from the scriptures how social work and community development are a reflection of the nature of God in his relationship to humanity and the God-human-land relationships.
2. Understanding: The trainee will be familiar with basic concepts of 4 of the following in the slums: social work, project design, developing vocational education, primary education, micro-enterprise, credit cooperatives, primary health care and their relationship to churchplanting in the slums.
3. Skills: Trainees will plan to initiate their churches into the first steps of engagement with the community.
